Paper and cardboard
Paper and cardboard items that can be recycled include:
• Office paper
• Envelopes
• Cardboard boxes
• Newspapers
• Magazines
• Telephone books
Paper and cardboard recycling containers come in a variety of sized boxes and bins, are Australian Standard Colour coded and clearly labelled ‘Paper & Cardboard Only’.
Co-mingled containers
Co-mingled containers can be provided to capture recyclable packaging. Co-mingled waste includes glass,plastic bottles, jars, milk cartons,juice boxes, and aluminium and steel cans.
By diverting this waste from landfill, co-mingled container recycling enables you to reduce your waste disposal costs.
Organics
Organics waste includes food (fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, poultry, and dairy) or light garden organics (flowers, plant prunings and lawn clippings) which can all be recovered.

Grease Trap and Used Cooking Oil
Catering services produce grease trap and cooking oil waste that SITA can collect and recycle.
SITA is able to provide various sized vacuum tankers to pump out, treat and recycle grease trap waste.
Cooking oils may be stored in 205L drums or tanks for recycling.
Cooking oil recycling is a cost-effective service that can save long-term costs on blockages, overflows and high pressure cleaning of grease trap pits and lines.
Containers to suit your needs
In addition to 120 litre and 240 litre mobile garbage bins, SITA can provide smaller internal waste containers and larger size stillages.
For convenience and ease of use, these bins maybe placed in lunch rooms, kitchens, loading dock areas or around the office to ensure the maximum amount of recyclable material is collected.
Collection to suit your facility
Collections maybe scheduled on a set basis, either daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly according to your needs.
